Bookings are strongly recommended, especially on weekends and public holidays. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability but slots can fill up quickly.
Yes — all bookings are paid online at checkout using your credit or debit card. Payment is securely processed by Stripe. You receive an instant confirmation email with your booking reference.
Each individual attraction runs approximately 10 minutes. For an 8-adventure package, allow around 2–3 hours including changeover time.
Yes — all attractions except 360° Double Flight VR are suitable for children aged 6 and above. For the Double Flight, the minimum age is 16. Children with epilepsy, heart conditions or severe motion sickness should consult a doctor first.
Yes — you choose your games on the day. You can pre-select games when booking online or simply walk in and decide with our staff. Mix any combinations freely.
Stop immediately and inform staff. All machines have an emergency stop. Our staff are trained to assist. Motion sickness is rare but if you're prone to it, start with calmer experiences like the Space Elevator.
Yes — we accommodate groups of all sizes. Two dedicated VR halls can run simultaneously. Contact us on WhatsApp for group pricing and event packages.

Yes — Big C Ratchadamri has a multi-storey car park. Ask at the venue for parking validation.
