Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

All bookings are paid online at checkout. Your card is securely processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. VR Fun House does not store your card details.

Booking & Reservation Policy

Reservation Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after successful online payment processing. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate booking details before completing payment.

Late Arrival Policy

Late arrivals may result in shortened play sessions or cancellation depending on venue scheduling availability. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your slot.

Cancellation & Refunds

Free cancellation is available up to 2 hours before your booking slot. Approved refunds may require several business days depending on your payment provider or bank. VR Fun House reserves the right to refuse fraudulent transactions, cancel duplicate bookings, and modify reservation availability due to operational requirements.

Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and analytics technologies to improve website performance, remember user preferences, analyze traffic and usage trends, and support partner referral tracking (30-day cookie to credit your referring partner).

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies without your explicit consent. Users may disable cookies through browser settings, though some website features may not function properly.
